Progression Place, a mixed-use development featuring luxury multifamily residences and extensive retail components, fills an entire block and stands atop the Shaw Metro station. The multifamily space features 205 high-end apartments, while the retail and restaurant space totals almost 19,500 sf. Specifications for this project were issued in 3 separate bid packages: 1: Foundation to grade, 2: Office building, and 3: 7th flats (residential). H&M wrote architectural specifications for the office building with DPA, and for the residential section with ECA, then completed final coordination with ECA for all three bid packages. In addition, H&M coordinated sustainable design requirements with the owner’s consultant for the parking garage and the office building.
