A mixed-use project that includes a housing property for seniors (268,000 sf) and a state-of-the-art medical office building (115,000 sf ) constructed above a common podium that includes a mix of retail uses and a 440-space parking garage.

This 1903 landmark building and site was renovated to support its new primary use as a flagship Apple store. The project also renovated space designated to house the Kiplinger Research Library and D.C. Historical Society.

A new mixed-use project that features a 7-story, office building having two distinct towers with shared lobby space, underground parking, and retail space on the ground floor level. The facility will act as an innovation center directly connected to Alexandria’s Virginia Tech Innovation Campus.

Renovation of a historic 1922 beaux-arts building which updated the lobby level, common areas, conferencing facilities and major building systems. Other significant upgrades in the project included a new interior atrium and new updates to levels 11, 12, and the penthouse level.

A project designed to connect the organization’s two headquarters buildings in a cohesive and welcoming streetscape. The renovation provides a new public plaza and a central pavilion building which, along with a rooftop terrace, serves as an entrance and event space to the HQ complex.

An existing 1964-era office building was repurposed to serve as the new, consolidated headquarters of the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA). The project re-skinned the exterior of the structure and completely refreshed the interior to provide modern workplace capabilities.
