CISA Headquarters at St. Elizabeths

This new 618,000 sf facility was designed to provide a new headquarters for the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency on a consolidated DHS campus in DC. The building provides a modern working environment that allows for flexibility and fosters collaboration for CISA’s workforce. The building achieved a LEED Platinum certification.

Foreign Affairs Security Training Center (FASTC) at Fort Pickett

This project for a new training center consolidates numerous existing State Department facilities into a single location for hard-skills training. The campus comprises 18 fully occupied buildings and 85 individual training and support structures, totaling more than 500,000 sf of enclosed space.
Cannon House Office Building Renovation

This phased 10-year renovation project totally renews a Congressional office building built in 1908. The modernization of the 826,500 sf facility balances historic preservation work with the inclusion of new, state-of-the-art systems and workplace standards, and compliance with modern building codes.

A modern, three-story glass addition to the renovated Center Building accommodates 400 employees the on the St Elizabeths Campus. The project’s 74,000 sf includes office and administrative spaces and provides connections to other renovated buildings on the campus. The building is LEED Platinum certified.

The renovation of this iconic, 4 million sf facility phased, was design-build renovation to upgrade all areas of the building. The multi-year effort brought the WWII building into compliance with modern building, life safety, ADA, and fire codes, and was completed on an accelerated schedule.
